  • We acted as an owner’s advocate, provided financial controls and scheduling information, and made sure that our clients received maximum value for their investment.
  • From initial estimates to schedule to bidding and negotiation to construction and financial management and finally to completion, we were intensely involved in every aspect of this project. The Floating Swimming Pool (New York, NY) As construction managers we consulted with the owner regarding:
  • Various strategic courses of action
  • Environmental impact
  • Construction schedule
  • Budget and value engineering alternatives to the architectural documents.
  • Our services included: contract preparation, contract negotiation, sub-contractor selection, code compliance, invoice review/approval as well as day to day supervision of the  site superintendent.
