We started with a gorgeous 1920's Tudor which needed "some" updating. The house suffered from the typical tiny kitchen syndrome and it needed some additional secondary spaces. In order to solve these problems, a new garage, changing/showering room and den were added. An extreme effort to blend the exterior of these new spaces with the old was made and the execution is nearly seamless. On the other hand, the kitchen makes no attempt to pretend to be from some by-gone era. Instead, the kitchen is pure Euro Modernism and in some strange manner, seems perfectly natural in this home.
